About this coffee
Brühmarkt's most popular espresso: a classic Italian-style roast done the modern way, 80% arabica and 20% robusta. Half is washed arabica from Ecuador's APECAP cooperative in Zamora (grown at 1,550-1,800 m), 30% from Peru's CENFROCAFE near the Ecuadorian border, plus Indian robusta: spicy, full-bodied and great in milk, with a dense crema.
