About this coffee
A Grade 1 washed Yirgacheffe from the Ajere washing station, founded by Amare Tesema in 1998, which 800-850 smallholders deliver to and which funds new classrooms at the local school. Round and balanced: floral, with a fine winey acidity and a fruity sweetness that lingers like jasmine tea. Ideal in a V60.
