About this coffee
A natural Castillo with extended fermentation from Finca La Cristalina, the roughly 19-hectare farm Maria Grajales's family has owned for over 100 years, with plantain, orange and shade-giving nogal cafetero trees. Fruity and very sweet, with strawberry, stone fruit and caramel in a full, smooth body.
