Brühmarkt is a Frankfurt specialty coffee roastery founded by Yulia Yanyuk and Natalia Konstantinova, hand-roasting a wide range of single origins — from classic darker profiles to very light, fruity roasts — at its Rödelheim roastery. It runs two cafés: one by the Bockenheimer Warte and one at the start of Gutleutstraße in the Bahnhofsviertel (opened December 2022).
