About this coffee
Brühmarkt's decaf, from Finca La Cristalina, a 19-hectare family farm in Quimbaya, Quindío, with more than a century of history. Dried on rolling carros corredizos for 7-15 days and hand-sorted several times. A full-bodied dark roast with little acidity and flavours of dark chocolate, toffee and marzipan that hold up in milk.
