About this coffee
A honey-processed Honduras from the organic COMSA cooperative in Marcala (Café Orgánico Marcala), one of the most experienced in the country. Medium-strong and full-bodied with little acidity: chocolatey, with a touch of honey at the finish, and versatile across portafilter, moka pot and hand filter.
