About this coffee
A returning washed Ethiopian from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, heirloom varieties grown at 2,173 m. Light and delicate: white peach and lemon up front, black tea through the middle and a soft elderflower finish. Roasted for filter and espresso.
