About this coffee
An advanced anaerobic natural Pacamara from Finca Zarza, a three-generation Gasca family project in the mountains of Bruselas, Huila. Extended anaerobic fermentation is followed by thermal conditioning and slow drying. Juicy and candy-like, with black cherry, lollipop and citrus: very sweet, fruity and wild. Filter roast, sold in 125 g bags.
