About this coffee
René Ccasa is part of a new generation of Peruvian farmers engaging the specialty market; he is also the local pastor in Pacaybamba and is reforesting old corn plots with other producers so coffee can be shade-grown. His Geisha lot won the 2023 Incahuasi Cup. "Geisha Inca" is the local name for SL9 that has mutated in the district for decades. Elderflower, candied lime and cocoa nibs.
