About this coffee
A natural espresso from the Chelchele site in Gedeb, named after its village; smallholders deliver ripe cherry grown at 1,900–2,100 m, intercropped with enset, beans and avocado in red-brown soil. The site has 14 fermentation tanks and up to 150 drying beds. Bought with Nordic Approach. Strawberry, fig and vanilla.
