About this coffee
Maria Mateo is a second-generation farmer from a Popti' Maya community in Concepción Huista who inherited her land 15 years ago. She pulps by hand and sun-dries for six days, skills built through the El Sendero cooperative (founded 2016, 196 members, 62 of them women), which supports young and women producers. Dark chocolate, orange and pecan.
