About this coffee
From the Siko washing station in Uraga, Guji, founded in 2017, which buys cherry from around 500 neighbouring producers on 0.5–2 ha plots at 2,100–2,250 m. Wet-fermented 24–72 hours, washed and density-graded in channels, soaked 6 hours, then dried for 13 days. Bought with Nordic Approach. Wild strawberry, elderflower and pear.
