About this coffee
An Ombligón from Sergio Dario Aranda Gómez's Finca Anaya in Acevedo, Huila, at 1,600 m. Hand-picked cherries go through an advanced washed process: a double fermentation inoculated with selected yeasts, then a submerged stage for aromatic precision and structure, and slow drying. A limited Orso release in 200 g bags.
