About this coffee
A natural from Jhonatan Gasca's Bella Vista in Bruselas, Huila, at 1,750–1,800 m. Fully ripe cherries are briefly oxidised, fermented whole in sealed or semi-sealed tanks under temperature control, dried 20–30 days on raised beds and rested 10–20 days in GrainPro. Deep sweetness, a winey structure, ripe fruit and cacao. A limited Orso release in 200 g bags.
