About this coffee
A natural Pink Bourbon from Don Héctor Díaz's 1.5-hectare La Armenia farm in Pitalito, Huila; he is a founding member of the El Bombo cooperative. Flotation-sorted, fermented under monitoring and dried in cherry on raised beds. Sweet, balanced and complex, with fruity depth and floral notes.
