About this coffee
A single-variety specialty canephora from Ecuador's Amazon, imported by Giomar Hidalgo, a Cologne-based Ecuadorian who works with a handful of women-led cooperatives to raise canephora to specialty quality year after year. Proof that canephora need not hide behind arabica.
