About this coffee
A washed Red Bourbon processed by Baho Coffee at the Karambi Washing Station in Nyamagabe, on the Kizi Rift. A combined anaerobic and aerobic fermentation gives an exceptionally clean, elegant cup with floral aromatics, bright malic acidity and delicate apple and green tea, plus red fruit, berries, stone fruit and caramel. Scored 87.5; roasted omni.
