About this coffee
An experimental Pink Bourbon from Jairo Arcila's Finca Santa Mónica in Quindío, honey-processed after an aerobic and anaerobic fermentation with a rose infusion. Highly aromatic and floral: rose petals, raisins, caramel and mandarin. Scored 88.5; roasted omni.
