About this coffee

A honey-processed Villa Sarchi from volcanic soils in San Rafael de Heredia, processed at the Cerro Alto mill, which reuses its processing water on pasture as fertiliser. Balanced: black-sugar syrup and caramel with a mellow mandarin acidity.
