About this coffee

From the Torre parcel of the Lamastus family's Elida Estate in Alto Quiel, founded in 1918 and half inside Volcán Barú National Park, against virgin cloud forest. Torre is the ground behind the family's first place in Washed Geisha at Best of Panama 2026 (this is a different lot from the same parcel). Pulped the evening of harvest, fermented in cold highland water, washed and dried by the family's Dark Room Dried method. White blossom and peach, bergamot through the middle, honey underneath.
