About this coffee
Pacamara from Los Brujos above Potrerillos on the southern flank of Volcán Barú, part of the Rogers family's Hacienda Bárbara Estates, farmed by Hunter Tedman, twice president of the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama. Organic for over a decade and half forest, the farm sits in a wind-sheltered, humid pocket that gives a heavier, more distinctive cup; its first entry placed 5th in the Varietals category at Best of Panama 2022. Licorice, tropical fruit and dried apricot.
