About this coffee

Pink Bourbon from Hacienda El Obraje on a dormant volcano in Tangua, southern Nariño, where Pasto architect Pablo Andrés Guerrero planted coffee on old family wheat land and keeps most of his 90 ha as forest; his washed Geisha won Colombia's Cup of Excellence in 2021. Huge day–night swings build a dense bean. Cherries rest 40 hours, ferment 36 hours in dry sealed tanks and dry 18 days in a parabolic greenhouse. Brown sugar and black tea, with honey and tropical fruit.
