About this coffee
From the Banko Gotiti washing station on a ridge east of Gedeb town, buying cherry from smallholder gardens of a hectare or two planted under false banana and shade trees and farmed without chemicals. Pulped, tank-fermented, washed and dried about two weeks on raised beds. Lemon zest and raspberry, white blossom, white pomelo and honey.
