About this coffee
From Mulugeta Muntasha, who came home to Bursa in Arbegona, Sidama, in 2021 and built the Dawencho drying station; it placed second in the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence that first year, and the year after four of the country's top ten lots, including the winner, came through his hands. "Unique" is his cold-fermentation lot: ripe cherry rests through a long, slow ferment cooled by ground water and night air, then dries whole. Red berry and brown sugar, with apricot and lemon behind.
