About this coffee
From the 3.5-hectare Lalesa farm in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, acquired by Eptah Specialty in 2023. Heirloom trees grow under native ensete ("false banana") shade; the farm runs 350 drying beds with 20 permanent staff, rising to 250 seasonal workers at harvest (late November-January).
