About this coffee
Los Nogales, established roughly 80 years ago by Ricardo Hernández, won Colombia's Cup of Excellence in 2005 under Ricaurte Hernández and Suldery Arango. This lot uses a hot-water, coffee-pulp-derived solvent to remove ~95% of caffeine, paired with extended sourdough fermentation and eight days of controlled drying. Source: cliftoncoffee.co.uk
