About this coffee

Yeison Tovar grows this coffee on his Las Brisas farm in Huila, Colombia, a property built up over years of hard work and named for the cool winds that pass through the land. After learning about Pink Bourbon from neighbors, he began growing it and improving the drying setup as prices got better — cherries are hand-picked, bagged for four days, then depulped and rested 20 hours before washing to bring out more of the coffee's natural qualities.
