About this coffee
Java Arabica from a farmer group around the town of Rom in north-west Cameroon, at about 1,750 m. Whole cherries ferment 48 hours in sealed barrels, slowed by the cool mountain climate, then dry for around 14 days. Plum, blackberry and hibiscus with a full body and gentle acidity and sweetness.
