About this coffee

A Chiroso micro-lot from the Echavarría family in Antioquia, part of Santaromero's 2026 Antioquia selection made with Leonardo Henao. Chiroso, first identified in Urrao and named for its elongated beans, turns out to be related to Ethiopian landraces rather than Typica. Floated, given a long temperature-monitored fermentation (slow at altitude) and dried slowly on raised beds. Hibiscus and milk chocolate with a light floral lift.
