About this coffee

From Aponte, a village and Inga indigenous reserve in Tablón de Gómez, north-west Nariño, reached by an unpaved road into the Juanambú Canyon; it was once the northern tip of the Inca Empire. The Inga specialise in honey processing: depulped seeds dry slowly on covered parabolic beds at 16–18°C in the cold, dry winds of the high-altitude mist. Caturra harvested in May 2026. A clean, bright and sweet cup with honey, cacao and hazelnut.
