About this coffee

From Leonardo Henao of Finca El Jardín and Pergamino Coffee, whose Chiroso from Finca Los Palomos in Urrao won the 2020 Colombia Cup of Excellence; security concerns forced him to sell that farm, and in 2024 he bought a new one in Santa Bárbara, Antioquia. Ripe cherries are floated, fermented under temperature control and dried slowly in the cherry on raised beds. Harvested April 2026: jasmine, lemongrass, medlar and white nectarine.
