About this coffee
A classic washed Caturra from Marisol Gamboa in Huila, harvested February 2026. Hand-picked ripe cherries are floated, depulped and fermented under water for 30 hours, then washed and dried slowly over 11 days. Milk chocolate, orange and sugar cane.
