About this coffee
A micro-lot from farmers around Muduku village, Method's fourth year with The Coffee Gardens in eastern Uganda. Named for processing specialist Jackie Nafuna: ripe cherries were co-fermented in their own pulp before sorting and drying, a washed variation that brings orangey acidity and clarity.
