About this coffee
A Pacamara from Finca Santa Ana, a former timber farm that Roberto Diaz turned to coffee in 1983 and to specialty micro-lots in the 2000s. Since his death in 2012 his son Fernando ("Nando") runs farming and processing and his daughter Maria Olga the marketing.
