About this coffee
A Forest Coffee lot from the Bayter family's El Vergel Estate, which turned to fermentation experiments in 2017 to escape the local commodity market. Red and Yellow Caturra fermented 48-60 hours without oxygen, then dried slowly under a marquesina. Scored 87.
